She researches neurodiversity, and the lived realities of navigating education, work, and wellbeing as a neurodivergent person. Caroline leads Neurodivergent Sussex as a community space built on belonging, honesty, and shared experience. Her work blends research, personal insight, and a commitment to creating environments where neurodivergent people feel understood.
