With nature quite literally on our doorstep, we’re incredibly lucky to have access to some of the most peaceful and restorative coastal and countryside walks in the UK.
Our community events in Eastbourne focus on gentle, guided walks for neurodivergent individuals, thoughtfully designed to provide a supportive, low-pressure environment. These sessions enable participants to connect with others, regulate their nervous system, and enjoy the benefits of movement in nature—at their own pace.
